These products are fragile and while we do take time to package your goods safely and include fragile stickers for the post, heavy handling throughout postage can cause some damage to these products beyond our control. 

When candy is freeze dried it can weigh 90% less despite being bigger in appearance. Due to the fluctuations in weights these products will be sold by the bag rather than weight, however we will do our best to add accurate descriptions for your browsing.
